You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

24-hour advance notice required. Because your AI optimization involves manual work performed by our team, cancellations — of a free trial or of a paid subscription — require at least 24 hours' advance notice. Email support@pickedbygpt.com at least 24 hours before your trial ends or before your next renewal date. A request received less than 24 hours before that date may only take effect at the following billing cycle. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Billing intervals. We currently offer Annual, Quarterly and Monthly billing intervals at then-current pricing. The prices in effect at any time are those shown at checkout.

Billing continuity. If a renewal payment for the billing interval you selected cannot be successfully processed, you authorize PickedByGPT and its payment processors to keep your subscription active by charging your payment method on file the then-current price of a shorter available billing interval for the same subscription. The current fallback order is Annual → Quarterly → Monthly. For example, if an Annual renewal is declined, PickedByGPT may charge the Quarterly amount; if that also fails, the Monthly amount. The purpose of this process is to avoid unnecessary interruption or deactivation of your service — including your AI Profile, AI Pages, content, scans, settings and account access — and, where possible, to preserve the more favorable pricing associated with the longer billing interval you originally selected.

Plan Preservation Period. When a fallback charge succeeds, it is treated as a temporary billing-continuity measure. For seven (7) days after that charge (the "Plan Preservation Period"), you authorize PickedByGPT and its payment processors to make reasonable additional attempts to collect the remaining amount needed to restore your originally selected billing interval. Any amount already collected through the fallback is credited toward the original interval. If the remaining balance is collected within the Plan Preservation Period, your subscription is restored to the original billing interval, the original renewal/start date applies where applicable, and previously collected fallback amounts count as partial payment — you are never charged twice for overlapping coverage.

If PickedByGPT cannot collect the remaining balance within the Plan Preservation Period, no further amount for the original interval remains due solely because of this process: the successfully charged fallback interval becomes your active billing interval, future renewals follow that interval at then-current pricing, and no further automatic collection attempt for the original interval occurs under that Plan Preservation Period. You may subsequently change or upgrade your billing interval through the options made available by PickedByGPT.

No duplicate billing. This process never creates more than one subscription for the same service, never charges twice for overlapping coverage, and credits amounts already collected toward the restored interval.

Your rights. The fallback and Plan Preservation Period do not limit your cancellation rights under these Terms (including the 24-hour advance notice provision). PickedByGPT may notify you about failed payments, fallback charges, restoration attempts and subscription changes by email, SMS, in-app messaging or other contact information associated with your account.

Payment authorization. By subscribing, providing a payment method and accepting these Terms, you authorize PickedByGPT and its payment processors to: (1) charge the then-current price of your selected billing interval; (2) retry unsuccessful payments; (3) charge a shorter available fallback interval to maintain continuity; (4) attempt collection of the remaining balance during the Plan Preservation Period; (5) credit amounts already collected toward a restored longer interval; and (6) continue charging the payment method on file for renewals unless you cancel, change your subscription or update your payment method.

Program. PickedByGPT sends text messages under the sender name PickedByGPT. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include: account and billing notifications (for example trial, renewal, or report-ready alerts), one-to-one conversational support replies, and promotional offers or product news when you have separately agreed to receive them.

Consent. We only text you if you provided your mobile number and checked an unchecked opt-in box during account creation or checkout, or if you gave us your number in our website chat widget so we could reply to you. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase and is never required to use Picked By GPT.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@pickedbygpt.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. Text messaging is available to users in the United States and Canada who are of legal age and who are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Privacy. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee specific AI rankings, lead counts, or identical recommendations across AI users, models, or sessions. AI answers vary. We commit to a rigorous, transparent process and full visibility into what we measure.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
