When you use Picked By GPT, we collect information you provide directly (name, business name, region, email, payment details on paid plans), the responses you give during the scan funnel, and standard product analytics (device, IP-derived approximate location, pages visited, referrer).

• To run the AI recommendation scan you requested.
• To build and continuously improve your AI Profile if you subscribe.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing) and — with consent — product updates.
• To detect abuse and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your identifiable data with third parties for their own marketing.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, Picked By GPT (sender name: PickedByGPT) may send you text messages. We collect and store your mobile number, the exact consent language you were shown, the date and time of your opt-in, the page or channel where it was collected, and the content and delivery status of the messages exchanged.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the data categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number and message content are processed only by the vendors that deliver the messages on our behalf — HighLevel (LeadConnector) and its carrier connectivity provider Twilio — strictly to send the messages you asked for. They are listed on our Subprocessors page.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing support@pickedbygpt.com. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We retain opt-in and opt-out records for as long as required to prove compliance, even after you unsubscribe.
