Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

If you're unhappy with your first month, email info@pickedbygpt.com within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

Subsequent months are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future charges at any time.

Separately from the 14-day money-back window, we guarantee the work: if we don't complete the optimizations included in your plan within 60 days of activation, you can request a full refund of what you've paid, even after the 14-day window has closed.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, mentions, or AI recommendations — AI systems change and we can't control their output. We guarantee the work we deliver on your AI Profile.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster than your bank can.
