Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Because your AI optimization involves manual work performed by our team, we ask that you email support@pickedbygpt.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

If you are on a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial's last day to avoid the first charge. A request received less than 24 hours before your trial end or renewal date may only take effect at the following billing cycle.

We guarantee the work: if we don't complete the optimizations included in your plan within 60 days of activation, you can request a full refund of what you've paid.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, mentions, or AI recommendations — AI systems change and we can't control their output. We guarantee the work we deliver on your AI Profile.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster than your bank can.
